MCC Parents Having your son or daughter move away from home is a life changing experience. We know that you have many concerns about your son or daughter when they leave your front doors and come to ours. We want you to know that we want to take care of your son or daughter to the best of our ability while allowing them to mature as a young adult following our purpose at Manhattan Christian College by “educating, equipping, and enriching Christian Leaders.”

When your son or daughter enrolls at Manhattan Christian College you also become part of a special family of MCC parents—600 mothers, fathers, and guardians. You are a vital link to the educational formation of our young Christian leaders. If you have any questions or concerns to share, we encourage you to contact the Student Development Office.

Events that Parents & Families can participate in:

Summer New Student Pre-Enrollment
In June, your son or daughter is encouraged to come to campus and enroll for his or her fall courses. This is a time for you to interact with faculty, staff and administration. You can visit with the Financial Aid counselor, take a campus tour, visit the residence halls as well as see what Manhattan has to offer.

Family Weekend
Every fall families are encouraged to return to campus to attend Family Weekend. This weekend is prepared especially for you as parents and guardians. You can visit classes, cheer on Crusader athletics, and most importantly spend time with your son or daughter.

Crusader Athletics
We encourage all of our parents and guardians to come cheer on their son or daughter in any sport that he or she may participate in. You can enjoy our athletic events in Manhattan or pick an away game closer to your home. Check out the athletic schedule at: www.mccks.edu/athletics

Crusader Special Concerts & Events
