Merry Christmas
from Manhattan Christian College's
Student Development Office
Greetings!

The fall semester is winding down and coming to a close very quickly. It has been a great semester. Students have learned a lot in the classroom, made new friends and have participated in many great events throughout the semester like Welcome Week, Family Weekend, Barn Party, Kerusso Dayz: Community, Intramurals, National Soccer & Volleyball tournaments, residence hall activities, plus much, much more.

This month's edition of The Crusader Link is abbreviated but we want to thank you for allowing your son/daughter to be a Crusader and giving us the opportunity to see them develop into great men and women of Christ. Our prayer is that they have enjoyed their past semester and it is our desire that they return refreshed and will be ready to learn more and have fun next semester as well.

We also pray that you and your family enjoy time together this holiday season.  During this upcoming holiday break take some time with your son/daughter to evaluate decisions that he/she has made this semester and make sure you encourage them in what they are pursuing.

This is a great time to be thankful and remember what the holiday season is about...God sending his only Son, Jesus to this earth so that we may have life in Him. Matthew 1:23 reminds us what Christmas is all about: "Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son, and he will be called Immanuel (meaning, God is with us)."

We pray that you and your family will have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!

Serving Him,
