Kerusso DayzKerusso Dayz: International

2008 Trip to Thailand, May 18 - June 4

A team of three students went to Chiang Mai, Thailand on a Kerusso Dayz: International trip in May of 2008. Team members included Kat Fitch, Scott McHenry, and Jesse McAlexander. This team had the opportunity to teach young children English, preach the Gospel, as well as work and serve in Chiang Mai, Chiang Dao, and many other villages in the northern Thai region.

Kerusso Dayz - InternationalJesse, the team leader had this to say about the trip: “It was amazing! To be able to witness the conversions of tribes’ people was really an uplifting event for our team. We tore down their spirit altars, laid hands on them and prayed for them. Afterwards we were asked to give them their new Christian names, Scott and I named the two boys James and John. Kat named the girl Naomi. Earlier in the week we also baptized a woman in the river but first we had to dam the river because the tide was too low. The team was exposed to things they have never witnessed before spiritually.”

This team had a truly unique opportunity and experience! They definitely were able to proclaim God’s love to His people. Manhattan Christian College will continue to send other teams to different parts of the world to proclaim God's love to His people.

God's Love
