Distance learning opportunities in MCC’s perpetual learning environment include a variety of online course offerings. Course texts are listed below.
MCC requires the purchase of the Logos Bible Software: Scholar's Library from Logos Bible Software for all students. MCC students are eligible for their academic discount program. Scholar's Library is a massive library for serious students and scholars of the Bible, with hundreds of books. It is a collection of books, texts, tools, as well as tools for Bible study using Greek, Hebrew, and English resources. It's a giant library designed with the needs of serious students of the Bible in mind. Logos 4 is multi-platform. PC at work and Mac at home? No problem. Logos 4 allows you to keep everything in sync including iPhone and Android apps.
Several courses may have assignments directly related to the software. You may choose from the basic, silver, gold, or platinum editions and MCC students receive a 50% discount (enrollment verified). Payment plans are available.
When buying used texts online be sure to check for correct edition by ISBN. Make sure you have the correct texts, you may shop using this PDF list of textbooks that includes ISBNs.You may buy the Amazon Kindle downloads when available, and/or some texts may be available as e-books from CourseSmart.com. Several books are also available as additional downloads in Logos Bible Software. When known, these texts are marked on the .pdf listing.
