Noteworthy News: Kari was a two-year starter at Manhattan High School. As a senior, she was honored as Centennial League Honorable Mention. Kari made the all-tournament team at the Hays shootout this season. She was also named Student Athlete of the Week by local sports talk radio station KMAN, 1350 AM. Kari finished the season second on the team in points, rebounds, and assists. She lettered both as a junior and a senior, and she is our first signee from Manhattan High School.

Coach Lister's Thoughts: Kari is a player that brings all the intangibles to our program. She passes well, rebounds well, and has excellent footwork around the basket. She understands the game, and plays equally as well with or without the ball in her hands. Kari understands how to play physical as an undersized forward, and she is going to give us immediate help in rebounding. I am excited about her toughness and how multidimensional she is. Kari has a lot of positives to offer our program and our school.
