Men's Basketball Coach and Athletic Director, Shawn Condra
Shawn Condra has been the Athletic Director and Men's Basketball Coach at Manhattan Christian College since 1994. Coach Condra has compiled an overall record of 303-186 in his fifteen years as head coach. In 1996 MCC captured the NCCAA IIA National Championship and he was named the NCCAA IIA Coach of the Year in 1996. He has also been named the NCCAA Central Region Coach of the Year six times (2002, 2003, 2004, 2007, 2008 & 2009).
In 2008-09 MCC captured their second regional championship and set a school record with 29 victories while taking third at the National Tournament. It was in the 2004 season that MCC captured their first-ever central regional championship and Coach Condra was selected as the 2004 National Coach of the Year.
MCC has produced eight seasons with 20 or more victories during Coach Condra's tenure. The Crusaders have made nine appearances in post-season National Tournaments. The Crusaders have won eight regular season conference championships and six conference tournament championships. In addition, MCC has won over 82% of their conference games under Coach Condra.
