1965-1969 Alumni Reunion 2008

SCHEDULE
Tuesday, May 20
2-4:30 pm:	Alumni Registration/Check-in J. Donald Coffin Memorial Hall
Stop by to pick up your event information and housing assignments if staying in MCC residence hall. Refreshments will be served throughout the afternoon.
4:30 pm:	MCC shuttle departs for evening activities
5:30 pm:	Abilene & Smoky Valley Railroad Charter 409 S. Buckeye, Abilene, KS
Dinner Train departs from the Rock Island Depot in “Old Abilene Town”. The group will take a 12-mile round trip excursion train ride featuring a 100-year old wooden coach dining car and other vintage railroad equipment. A fried chicken dinner will be catered by Brookville Hotel. Event is handicapped accessible. Tickets are $40/per person.

Wednesday, May 21
8:00 am:	Continental Breakfast/Check-In Coffin Memorial Campus Center
9:00 am:	Campus Tours and Walk Down Memory Lane
30-minute walking tours will depart from the Campus Center. Return to visit with friends, browse through yearbooks, and share personal pictures and memories.
11:00 am:	Alumni Picnic Lunch MCC Picnic Area
This is an opportunity for current faculty and staff to meet the alumni and share a delicious sandwich buffet with all of the salads and trimmings.
1:00 pm:	Afternoon Options
Sharing Family and Alumni Photos • Downtown/Mall Shopping • KSU Gardens • Beach Museum of Art
6:00 pm:	Alumni Banquet Coffin Memorial Campus Center
A distinctive evening event hosted by Kevin and Lisa Ingram. The program will include a delicious buffet dinner, a chance to catch up on college news, special music, and a group singspiration.

Thursday, May 17
8:00 am:	Breakfast Buffet Coffin Memorial Campus Center
Vern Henricks will host this final fellowship time for the group. The program will include a hot breakfast, current student testimonies, and a special time of prayer.
10:00 am:	Morning Options
Tour of Manhattan • Konza Prairie • Golf at Colbert Hills - Spend the day on the links with President Ingram. The cost of $35 per player covers green fees, cart rental, and range balls.

This newly remodeled hotel (formerly Ramada Inn) is within walking distance of the MCC campus. Identify yourself as a participant of the MCC Alumni Reunion for these group rates. Rooms will be released April 30, 2008.

MCC Kenoyer Hall: $10 per person

Reservations must be made on the attached registration form for each night that housing is requested. Alumni will need to provide their own twin-sized bedding and towels.
