Steps to Applying for a MCC Worship Scholarship
1. Mail or fax this completed biographical form.
2. Mail or fax a completed application for admission
    to MCC.
3. Contact Genilyn McCaffrey, MCC Professor of
    Worship, to arrange an audition date and time.
      **Audition requirements include:
          A. Sing/play one praise/worship piece
          B. Sing/play one hymnal piece
4. Do you need an accompanist? Please make
    arrangements when scheduling your audition with
    Mrs. McCaffrey.

Scholarship Guidelines:
1. Scholarship deadline is March 1, 2008
2. Scholarship is a one-year award of up to $1,000
3. Scholarships will be awarded in April 2008
4. Students auditioning for a worship scholarship
   are not guaranteed a scholarship
5. To qualify for a worship scholarship students
   must major in worship. Students in the dual-degree
   program are not eligible for this scholarship.
