2012 Timothy Days
18th Annual Leadership Scholarship Interviews
January 26-27 or March 15-16
Do you have any senior students who have stepped up and made a difference in your youth
group, school and community? We want to recognize your leaders and their accomplishments at the 17th Annual Timothy Days Conference. This is a very special time for high school seniors to visit MCC and interview for our Leadership Scholarship worth over $31,000! For consideration of the scholarship, we need recommendations from youth leaders and ministers. You can nominate them by submitting their name on the form below or by contacting the Admissions office. After you submit your nominations, a special invitation will be sent to the student and their parents to attend our two day event. As young Christian leaders they will be recognized in front of other peers and faculty at a formal banquet.
The student(s) that are recommended must meet these leadership characteristics:

A senior in High School

An active leader in your youth group, community, and/or at school
If your student(s) meet these standards, they will receive an invitation from Manhattan Christian College’s President Kevin Ingram to attend the Timothy Days Conference. On Friday, January 27th and March 16th, the student will interview in front of a committee consisting of MCC faculty and administration. Two Leadership Scholarships will be awarded – one male and one female at each event. The recipient(s) must enroll at MCC as a full-time, degree-seeking student for Fall 2012.
The Leadership Scholarship awards will be for:
- Freshman year: $ 4,500
- Sophomore Year: 1/2 Tuition
- Junior Year: 3/4 Tuition
- Senior Year: Full Tuition
Interviews will only be conducted in person during Timothy Days events. Each two-day event will be limited to 50 nominees. Please send in your nomination no later than December 17, 2011 for both events. Invitations will be sent out January 6, 2012 and then as they are received.
