HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS
Okay, so now you're a senior and your decision about college is sneaking up right behind you. It's time to get yourself together and start exploring your options. Remember, its not always about what you will major in, but where you can go to discover your God-given talents and abilities. It's about "atmosphere" and "family". It's about knowing your professors - and them knowing you by name. Take a look at the suggestions below as you begin to make your final decisions about college.
I'm not sure what to look for.
Start by reading as much information as you can from the colleges you are interested in attending. As you read, ask yourself some basic questions: "What size school do I want to attend?" "What kind of community should it be in - rural, urban, or suburban?" "How far away from home do I want to be?" "How flexible is the degree program - or can I change my mind?" "What is the faculty-to-student ratio? And is that important to me?" "Will my professors be Christians?" and "Can I begin to experience in daily life what I'm learning in the classroom?"

There are so many good schools, what colleges should I visit?
After you have begun to answer the questions above, you should be able to make a "Top Three Colleges" list. You should make every effort to visit these schools. Visiting the campus is often the best way to recognize whether the school is a good match for you.
